3. Event Organizers
If you create or host events on MotoShare Events, you agree to the following:
- You are responsible for providing correct event details, schedules, prices, and terms.
- You are responsible for delivering the event as described.
- You must comply with all local government, venue, safety, and legal requirements.
- Refund or cancellation policies must be clearly communicated to attendees.
MotoShare Events is not responsible for event quality, arrangements, scheduling, refunds, disputes, or cancellations related to third-party events.
4. Ticket Sales & Payments
- All payments for event tickets are processed through secure payment gateways.
- We do not store your bank/card details.
- Event organizers may be charged service or platform fees as applicable.
In case of disputes regarding payments or refunds, the organizer is primarily responsible. MotoShare Events may assist in communication but does not guarantee refunds.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations and refunds (if applicable) depend on the policy set by the event organizer.
- If an event is canceled by the organizer, attendees may request a refund through the platform (if the organizer has enabled refund processing).
- MotoShare Events is not responsible for non-refundable events or organizer decisions.
6. Platform Usage Rules
You agree **not** to:
- Post misleading or false information.
- Engage in fraudulent activities or ticket resale scams.
- Share content that is unlawful, abusive, or violates rights of others.
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform.
Any misuse may result in suspension or permanent account removal.
7. Liability & Disclaimer
MotoShare Events provides the platform **as is** without guarantees. We are not liable for:
- Event cancellations, delays, or changes by organizers.
- Loss, damage, injury, or expenses related to attending an event.
- Technical issues, system downtime, or service interruptions.

Some event pages or organizers may share links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or services.
